SyncTriage
SyncTriage is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that helps engineering teams diagnose real-time vs async failures in distributed systems: websocket drops, event-stream lag, out-of-order messages, and “eventually consistent” bugs that look random in production. It ingests traces/logs/metrics and reconstructs end-to-end timelines across clients, APIs, queues, and databases, then flags where latency spikes turn a workflow from real-time into effectively async. The product focuses on actionable triage: correlation IDs, replayable message paths, and clear “this component caused the user-visible delay” summaries. It’s not a magic APM replacement; it’s a specialized lens for sync/async boundaries and user-perceived freshness. Expect value only if you already have basic observability and enough traffic to produce intermittent timing issues.
