SynergySift

SynergySift is a web app (with optional Excel add-in) that helps corporate strategy and corp dev teams build a defensible synergy model for M&A and partnerships. Users input high-level deal assumptions, org structures, cost centers, product overlaps, and go-to-market motions. The app generates a synergy map across cost, revenue, and working capital, then forces explicit drivers, timelines, one-time costs, and confidence ranges. It includes a “reality check” library of benchmark synergy capture rates by industry and integration type, plus a red-flag engine that highlights common failure points (IT integration, sales comp conflicts, channel overlap, regulatory constraints). Outputs are board-ready: a synergy bridge, integration workstream plan, and scenario comparisons. This is an AI-assisted app (not fully autonomous): AI helps draft drivers, classify overlaps from uploaded materials, and suggest benchmarks, but the user must approve every assumption.
