SynodNotes

SynodNotes is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for denominations, councils, and ecumenical working groups to run meetings, capture decisions, and publish approved statements with clear provenance. It replaces scattered Google Docs, email chains, and lost minutes with structured agendas, speaker queues, action items, and versioned drafts that show what changed, who proposed it, and what was finally adopted. The app includes a lightweight “consensus tracker” so committees can record levels of agreement, reservations, and required follow-ups without pretending every decision is unanimous. It also provides a public-facing portal for finalized communiqués and joint statements, while keeping sensitive drafts private. This is a traditional app with a small AI assist for summarizing minutes and extracting action items from transcripts—useful, but not the core value.
