SysBound helps teams define, document, and defend system boundaries for sustainability metrics (carbon, water, waste, social) so reporting doesn’t collapse into endless debates. It provides guided boundary templates (organizational, operational, product life-cycle), a decision log for inclusions/exclusions, and a change-impact view that shows what KPIs and datasets break when boundaries shift. The app connects boundary choices to evidence (contracts, invoices, facility lists) and produces an audit-ready boundary statement you can export into reports or assurance packs. It’s realistic: it won’t “auto-solve” boundary ambiguity, but it will make decisions explicit, consistent, and reviewable across departments and time. Designed for mid-market companies that are now being pushed into CSRD/SEC-style rigor without having a full sustainability team.
