TablePulse

TablePulse is a mobile + web app for casual dining restaurants to reduce chaos around waits, seating, and table turns without expensive enterprise POS add-ons. Hosts get a live floor map, waitlist with accurate ETAs, and SMS updates that keep guests from hovering at the stand. Managers see bottlenecks (slow sections, delayed checks, kitchen lag) and get simple prompts like “move party of 2 to bar” or “server section overloaded.” It integrates lightly: import reservations from common tools and optionally sync table status via POS events where available, but it can also run standalone with manual taps. The goal is measurable: more seated guests per hour, fewer walkouts, and calmer front-of-house operations. This is not a consumer discovery app; it’s an ops tool that pays for itself if it saves even a few parties per night.
