TableRead is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps screenwriters run fast, realistic table reads using a vetted pool of remote voice actors and actors. You upload a script (Final Draft/PDF), assign roles, set tone notes, and schedule a live read or request an asynchronous “readback” recording per character. The app handles casting availability, NDAs, watermarked scripts, payments, and delivers time-coded audio tied to script pages for easy revision. It also supports a lightweight live session mode: a shared script view, director chat, and automatic take labeling. This is not a magic “AI writes your screenplay” product; it’s production logistics and feedback capture done cleanly. Writers get actionable notes faster, actors get paid gigs, and everyone avoids endless email threads and flaky volunteers.
