TactileEase
TactileEase is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) for people who live with recurring pain and want practical, evidence-based patterns—not motivational fluff. It lets users log pain intensity, location, and “comfort actions” (heat, stretching, meds, sleep, posture changes) in under 30 seconds. The app passively pulls context like weather, activity, and sleep (if connected) and runs simple, explainable correlations to highlight likely triggers and the few interventions that consistently reduce symptoms for that person. It generates a shareable one-page summary for clinicians (what changed, what helped, what didn’t) to reduce appointment guesswork. This is not a diagnostic tool; it’s a personal experimentation tracker with guardrails and clear disclaimers. The goal is fewer wasted treatments, fewer forgotten details, and faster iteration toward what reliably improves comfort.
