TagTruth is a mobile app (iOS/Android) plus a lightweight web dashboard that audits pet wearable data and turns noisy, misleading alerts into actionable signals. Most pet trackers over-promise: GPS drift, Wi‑Fi/cell handoff gaps, and generic activity scores create panic notifications and “mystery” behavior changes. TagTruth connects to popular trackers via integrations (where available) or by importing location/activity exports, then runs a reliability score for each event (escape, inactivity, unusual route). It flags likely false positives, explains why (poor GPS accuracy, low satellite count, tower triangulation), and recommends next steps (re-seat collar, change update interval, add safe-zone buffer). It also creates a “proof pack” timeline (map, accuracy bands, battery, signal) for lost-pet posts or vet discussions. This is an AI + traditional app: AI summarizes anomalies and generates plain-language explanations; core is deterministic signal-quality scoring.
