TailorTrace is a web app (with optional Chrome extension) that turns a resume into a verifiable portfolio trail. Users paste bullet points, then attach lightweight evidence: links to PRs, dashboards, tickets, slide decks, shipped pages, or performance snapshots. The app generates a clean “evidence pack” URL per application, with redaction controls (blur names, hide numbers, time-box access) so candidates can share proof without leaking confidential info. It also provides an ATS-safe resume export that embeds short proof links (or QR codes) and a recruiter-friendly one-page summary. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps suggest what evidence best supports each claim and rewrites bullets to match the evidence, but the core value is organizing and sharing proof. It’s realistic because it doesn’t promise magical hiring outcomes—just faster trust-building.
