TalkLedger
TalkLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for teams and communities that need to make decisions without meetings turning into endless opinion loops. It structures dialogue into claims, evidence, trade-offs, and decision criteria, then produces a readable “decision record” that shows what was considered, what was rejected, and why. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: users do the thinking, the AI does the tedious work—summarizing threads, flagging missing counterarguments, and extracting action items with owners and dates. The core is a guided deliberation flow: define the question, set decision rules (e.g., consent, majority, DACI), collect arguments asynchronously, run a timed rebuttal phase, then finalize with a decision and follow-up review date. It integrates with Slack/Teams to capture context, but the canonical record lives in TalkLedger to avoid chat chaos.
