It focuses on the real problem: cephalopods are fragile, short-lived, and expensive to lose, and most keepers don’t log consistently or catch water-quality drift early. The app connects to common aquarium controllers (or accepts manual test inputs) and turns readings into species-specific risk alerts: ammonia spikes, salinity creep, temperature swings, low oxygen, and overfeeding patterns. It also includes a husbandry checklist tailored to cephalopods (escape-proofing, enrichment rotation, feeding schedules) and a “what changed?” incident timeline to diagnose sudden stress events.
