TantrumMap
TantrumMap is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that helps parents identify what actually triggers meltdowns and what reliably calms their child. Instead of generic parenting tips, it focuses on lightweight, real-world tracking: sleep, meals, transitions, screen time, locations, and caregiver changes. Parents log incidents in under 30 seconds, optionally add voice notes, and the app turns that into simple pattern insights (e.g., “meltdowns spike 45–90 minutes after daycare pickup when snack is skipped”). It then suggests evidence-informed micro-interventions and scripts tailored to the child’s age and the parent’s style, with clear disclaimers that it’s not medical advice. The goal is fewer blowups, less guilt, and a repeatable plan that works across caregivers. It’s an AI-assisted app, but the core value is structured data and pattern detection, not chatty therapy.
