TargetBridge

TargetBridge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps mid-market companies convert net-zero or reduction targets into a realistic transition plan tied to budgets, owners, and procurement. Users build an abatement roadmap by selecting initiatives (e.g., electrify boilers, PPAs, fleet EVs, refrigerant swaps), entering site constraints, and assigning costs, timelines, and dependencies. The app produces a board-ready plan that reconciles emissions impact with capex/opex, and flags gaps between targets and funded projects. It also tracks execution: milestones, vendor quotes, contract dates, and evidence needed for audits and disclosures. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI assists with initiative suggestions, cost/emissions ranges, and drafting plan narratives, but the core value is structured planning, approvals, and accountability. It’s not a magic “decarbonize” button—just a practical system to stop plans from dying in spreadsheets.
