TariffPilot

TariffPilot is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small and mid-sized importers/exporters estimate true landed cost and compliance risk before placing an order. Users upload a product sheet (description, materials, photos, supplier country, value, Incoterms) and the app suggests likely HS codes, duty rates, VAT/GST, and common add-ons (brokerage, port fees, demurrage risk flags). It generates a quote-ready landed-cost breakdown, a “what could go wrong” checklist, and a document pack template (commercial invoice, packing list, COO prompts). This is an AI + traditional app: AI assists classification and risk detection, but the output is always traceable with sources, confidence scores, and human override. The goal is not perfect customs classification (that’s hard), but preventing expensive surprises and bad margin decisions that kill deals.
