TariffPilot

TariffPilot is a web app (with optional lightweight mobile companion) that pre-checks international shipments for customs failure risk before you buy labels. It ingests order data (items, materials, value, origin, destination), suggests HS codes with confidence scoring, flags restricted goods, and generates compliant commercial invoices and packing lists. It also predicts landed cost ranges (duties/taxes/fees) and highlights the exact data gaps that trigger holds (missing EORI/IOSS, vague descriptions, wrong incoterms, undervaluation patterns). The goal is not to replace carriers or brokers, but to reduce preventable exceptions that cause delays, returns, and surprise bills. It integrates with Shopify/WooCommerce and major carriers to run “pre-flight checks” automatically on every international order and creates an audit trail for disputes. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI assists classification and document quality, while rules and templates enforce compliance.
