TariffPulse

TariffPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that monitors energy-related tariffs, duties, and cross-border fees and translates them into real, scenario-based price impacts. Users pick commodities (LNG, crude, refined products, solar panels, batteries), routes, and counterparties, then get a live dashboard of policy changes, effective dates, and modeled landed-cost deltas. The app focuses on “what changes my invoice next month?” rather than academic policy summaries. It includes alerting, a simple forward-looking pricing worksheet, and an audit trail explaining assumptions (FX, freight, benchmark spreads, contract indexation). This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional data pipelines and calculations, plus AI to extract tariff details from government notices and summarize implications. It’s not a magic oracle—outputs are only as good as the inputs and coverage, and you’ll need paid data sources or partnerships to be credible.
