TariffRadar
TariffRadar is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that monitors real-world trade policy changes—tariffs, sanctions, export controls, quotas—and translates them into macro-relevant signals. It aggregates primary sources (government gazettes, customs notices, WTO filings, OFAC/EU lists) and reliable secondary feeds, then maps each action to affected HS codes, countries, and major public companies/supply chains. Users get a clean timeline of policy events, a “who/what is exposed” view, and simple scenario sliders to estimate directional impacts on inflation, industrial production, and trade balance. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps classify documents, extract entities, and summarize changes; deterministic rules handle compliance-grade matching and audit trails. It’s not a full forecasting platform—more like a trade-policy early warning system that plugs into existing workflows via alerts and exports.
