TariffTriage is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps e-commerce brands and 3PLs predict, explain, and reduce surprise customs duties on cross-border shipments. Users upload product catalogs (CSV/Shopify export) and past shipment data, then the app flags likely HS code mismatches, undervaluation risk, missing paperwork, and country-specific duty/VAT pitfalls. It generates a “landed cost confidence score” per SKU and destination, plus a checklist of actions to lower delays (better descriptions, required certificates, correct origin rules, de minimis thresholds). It also produces broker-ready documentation bundles and audit trails so teams can defend classifications and declared values. This is not magic: it won’t replace a licensed customs broker, but it will reduce preventable errors and help teams stop bleeding money from avoidable holds, rework, and chargebacks.
