TariffTriage

TariffTriage is a web app with optional mobile alerts that monitors purchase orders and shipments for tariff, duty, and landed-cost risk before goods move. Users upload or connect PO and SKU data, assign HS codes (or import them), and set sourcing lanes (origin, destination, incoterms). The app flags cost spikes from tariff changes, anti-dumping exposure, missing documentation, and misclassified HS codes, then estimates the landed-cost delta and suggests actions (alternate origin, split shipments, change incoterms, pre-clear docs). It also creates an audit trail for finance and compliance: what changed, when, who approved, and projected margin impact. This is not a full customs brokerage replacement; it’s a lightweight “early warning + decision support” layer for importers who keep getting surprised at the invoice stage.
