TariffTuner is a web app (with optional Shopify/WooCommerce extensions) that helps cross-border e-commerce sellers price products correctly by forecasting true landed cost: duties, de minimis thresholds, VAT/GST, carrier surcharges, and brokerage fees. Sellers upload a product feed (SKU, materials, value, origin, destination) or connect their catalog, then TariffTuner maps items to likely HS codes, calculates cost ranges, and flags high-risk lanes where customers get surprise fees. It also generates checkout-friendly messaging and recommended pricing rules (e.g., “include duties for EU orders above €150”). This is an AI-assisted compliance tool, not a marketplace: it reduces returns, chargebacks, and customer support tickets caused by unexpected import charges. MVP focuses on a handful of major corridors (US↔EU/UK/CA/AU) and expands as data improves.
