TaskBrief is a web + mobile AI-assisted delegation tool that forces you to hand off work in a way others can actually execute. You create a task by answering a short, structured prompt (goal, definition of done, constraints, examples, priority, deadline, and who decides what). The app then generates a one-page “handoff brief” and a checklist, plus a quick risk scan (missing info, unclear ownership, unrealistic timeline). It integrates with Slack/Teams and email so the brief becomes the message, not an attachment nobody reads. Recipients can ask clarifying questions inside the brief, and the app tracks whether questions were answered and whether the task is blocked. This is not a full project management suite; it’s a delegation layer that sits on top of whatever tool you already use, so it stays lightweight and adoption friction stays low.
