TaskMinute

TaskMinute is a web app with a lightweight meeting bot that joins Zoom/Google Meet/Microsoft Teams calls (with participant consent) to capture decisions, action items, owners, and due dates in real time. After the call, it generates a clean meeting brief, assigns tasks to the right people, and automatically creates calendar blocks for follow-ups and deadlines. Users can approve or edit items before syncing to Google Calendar/Outlook and pushing tasks to Jira/Asana/Trello. The app learns each team’s language (e.g., “I’ll take it” vs “I can handle that”) and uses speaker attribution to reduce mis-assignments. Admin controls provide recording/transcription policies, retention settings, and audit logs. TaskMinute is designed for small-to-mid teams that live in recurring meetings and want fewer dropped balls without adding more manual project management overhead.
