TaskTide

TaskTide helps knowledge workers align demanding tasks with their real energy patterns instead of idealized routines. It combines lightweight check-ins (30 seconds, 3x/day) with passive signals (optional wearable data) to build a personal “energy forecast.” You tag tasks by cognitive load (deep work, admin, creative, social), and the app recommends when to do what—plus it blocks time accordingly on your calendar. The MVP focuses on being practical: it won’t pretend to perfectly predict your biology, but it will surface repeatable patterns (post-lunch crash, late-morning peak, meeting fatigue) and nudge you to batch similar work. It also includes a “recovery playbook” with short interventions (walk, light, caffeine cutoff, breathing) and tracks what actually helps you. Exportable weekly reports show energy vs. output, not just hours worked.
