TaxCreditOps is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps mid-sized businesses operationalize tax credits, rebates, and incentive programs by turning messy eligibility rules into a monthly workflow. Instead of hunting for incentives, it focuses on the hard part: documenting and defending claims. Users set up “credit playbooks” (e.g., R&D, energy efficiency, hiring credits) with required evidence, owners, deadlines, and data sources. The app collects supporting documents, logs decisions, and produces an audit-ready package with a clear trail of calculations and approvals. It integrates with accounting/ERP exports and utility/payroll files to reduce manual work, but it’s realistic: it won’t magically find every credit or replace a tax advisor. It’s built to reduce missed deadlines, weak substantiation, and last-minute panic during filing season.
