Users can book a 15-minute paid intro call (credited toward the engagement) and share documents through a secure portal. Preparers get a lightweight CRM view: lead details, required docs checklist, and a one-click engagement letter workflow. The app is a combination traditional + AI: AI summarizes the intake and flags complexity/risk factors, but the core value is operational—availability, pricing clarity, and fast scheduling.
