The app pulls holdings, cost basis, and holding periods, then lets you model scenarios like “raise $5,000 cash,” “reduce concentration,” or “harvest losses,” and outputs the lowest-tax set of lots to sell. It generates a step-by-step “sell instructions” sheet (exact lots, quantities, and order type) you can follow inside your broker.
