It connects to your brokerage via read/write APIs (where supported) or guides you to place trades, then builds a low-cost ETF portfolio and continuously runs tax-loss harvesting, wash-sale checks, and lot-level rebalancing. Users see a simple “after-tax performance” dashboard that estimates tax alpha, realized gains, and projected tax impact before any trade. The app also flags hidden tax traps like dividend-heavy funds in taxable accounts and suggests asset location across taxable, IRA, and Roth accounts. This is not a magic money machine: it will not beat the market; it aims to reduce avoidable tax drag and behavioral mistakes. Pricing is a flat monthly fee so smaller accounts aren’t punished by AUM fees.
