TeachFlow is a web + mobile app that helps teachers execute high-frequency teaching strategies in real time: cold calling, think-pair-share, mini-whiteboard checks, timed turns, and quick formative checks. Instead of planning-heavy tools, it focuses on in-the-moment delivery: you set a roster, choose a routine, and the app guides pacing with timers, randomization, and simple prompts. It logs participation and basic outcomes (who was called on, who opted out, who needs follow-up) without turning into a full gradebook. The realistic value is operational: fewer awkward transitions, more equitable participation, and less cognitive load while teaching. It integrates lightly with Google Classroom for roster import and exports simple CSV notes. This is not a magic “improve scores” button; it’s a practical classroom execution assistant that saves minutes every period and reduces teacher stress.
