TeachSnap

TeachSnap is a web + desktop app that standardizes and accelerates industrial robot “teaching” and changeovers. It captures operator steps, robot program edits, and cell context (tooling, fixtures, offsets) into a structured, versioned recipe. The app then generates a guided teach checklist and validation plan for the next run, reducing tribal knowledge and rework. It integrates with common robot controllers via OPC UA/MQTT gateways and logs key signals (cycle start, faults, mode changes) to prove what changed and when. An AI assistant summarizes change notes, flags risky edits (e.g., speed/zone changes near guarded areas), and suggests missing validation steps based on past incidents. This is not a magic “auto-program robots” tool; it’s a practical system to make changeovers repeatable, auditable, and faster with fewer surprises.
