TeeSheetIQ is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for golf course operators that optimizes tee sheet utilization and pricing. It ingests tee time inventory, booking pace, weather, local events, and historical demand to recommend price adjustments and targeted offers (e.g., twilight boosts, 2-some fill incentives, cart bundles). It also flags operational constraints—frost delays, maintenance blocks, pace-of-play bottlenecks—so staff can proactively adjust spacing and communicate changes. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional integrations and dashboards plus AI-driven demand forecasting and offer recommendations. The brutal reality: most courses already use booking systems, and operators hate switching. So the product must work as an add-on layer that plugs into existing tee sheet/PoS tools and proves ROI quickly by reducing unsold inventory and smoothing demand without annoying loyal members.
