TeeTimeSwap is a mobile + web app that helps golfers and courses instantly re-sell or transfer tee times when plans change. Golfers can list a tee time they can’t use (with course rules enforced), set a price cap (or face value), and transfer it securely to another verified golfer. Courses get a lightweight dashboard to approve/deny transfers, set transfer windows, and auto-fill last-minute openings without endless phone calls. The app focuses on the messy reality: cancellations, no-shows, and groups scrambling to find a slot. It’s not trying to replace course booking systems; it sits on top as a “secondary market” with guardrails. Monetization is a small transaction fee per successful transfer and optional course subscriptions for automation and analytics. If you can’t integrate with a course, the app still works via confirmation upload + course verification, but integrations are the growth lever.
