TeleOpTriage
TeleOpTriage is a web + desktop app that helps mobile-robot operators and field engineers quickly diagnose why a robot is stuck, oscillating, or repeatedly failing a task—without digging through five different tools. It ingests ROS/ROS2 bag snippets, navigation logs, battery/charging events, and Wi‑Fi telemetry, then builds a single incident timeline with “most likely causes” and the exact evidence behind each suggestion. The app guides operators through a short, structured triage checklist (e.g., localization confidence drop, costmap inflation anomalies, wheel slip indicators, AP roaming events) and produces a shareable incident report for engineering. It’s an AI + traditional app: AI summarizes and clusters incidents, but deterministic rules and thresholds keep it grounded. Realistically, it won’t magically fix bad maps or cheap sensors; it just reduces time-to-diagnosis and prevents repeated guesswork across shifts.
