TempleOps

TempleOps is a mobile + web app for small, volunteer-run religious communities outside mainstream denominations (e.g., pagan groves, Afro-diasporic houses, new religious movements, meditation circles). It replaces ad-hoc group chats and messy spreadsheets with a simple operations hub: event scheduling, volunteer roles, member dues, space/equipment booking, and compliance-friendly incident logs. The focus is boring but real: keeping communities functioning when leaders are unpaid, turnover is high, and privacy matters. It includes lightweight templates for common workflows (initiation prep checklist, feast-day planning, visitor intake, donation reconciliation) that can be customized without forcing a specific theology. An optional AI assistant helps draft announcements, translate messages, and summarize meeting notes—but the core value works without AI. Data is encrypted, exports are easy, and admins can restrict sensitive records by role.
