TempoLedger

TempoLedger is a mobile + web app for people who consistently underestimate how long work takes and then pay for it with late nights and missed deadlines. You build a “pace plan” for a week: tasks get an intended rhythm (deep work blocks, admin bursts, recovery gaps) instead of just due dates. The app then tracks actual pacing with lightweight check-ins and calendar signals, showing where you sprint, stall, or context-switch too much. It generates a simple “pace score” and a weekly postmortem: which meetings broke your rhythm, which tasks expanded, and what to cut next week. This is not a magical productivity cure—if you ignore it, it won’t help. But if you’re already trying to manage time and just need honest feedback loops, it makes pacing visible and actionable without turning into a full project-management suite.
