TempoTactic

TempoTactic is a web + mobile AI-assisted coaching tool that converts match video into a simple tactical dashboard: where your team is getting outnumbered, which press triggers are failing, and what patterns lead to shots conceded/created. Coaches upload video (or sync from Hudl/YouTube links), mark a few key events to calibrate, and the app auto-suggests clips grouped by tactical theme (build-out, transitions, set-piece defending, overloads). It then generates a one-page “next training” plan with 3 drills tied to the exact clips. Brutal reality: fully automatic tactical understanding is still imperfect, especially with poor camera angles and youth games, so the MVP focuses on semi-automated workflows that save time without pretending to be magic. The goal is to cut film review from hours to 30 minutes and make feedback consistent across staff.
