TenderDiff

TenderDiff is a web app (with optional lightweight mobile companion) that tracks procurement documents and highlights exactly what changed between versions—RFPs, addenda, contract drafts, and final awards. Many transparency portals publish PDFs and updates, but they don’t make it easy to spot scope creep, deadline shifts, evaluation tweaks, or vendor-favoring language. TenderDiff ingests public documents from agency portals, normalizes them (OCR when needed), and produces a redline-style diff with plain-language summaries and alerts. Users can follow specific agencies, projects, NAICS/categories, or vendors and get notified when material terms change. It’s an AI-assisted app: AI helps extract clauses, detect risky changes, and generate summaries, but the core value is deterministic version tracking and audit-friendly evidence trails. The product is realistic: it doesn’t “stop corruption,” it simply makes changes visible and searchable.
