TenderScout is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that aggregates government and donor-funded procurement tenders across emerging markets and turns messy PDFs and portal listings into searchable, comparable opportunities. It flags eligibility, required documents, deadlines, and estimated contract size, and it tracks amendments so vendors don’t miss silent changes. The AI layer extracts key fields from PDFs, classifies tenders by industry, and generates a compliance checklist tailored to the user’s company profile. Users can set alerts by country, agency, CPV/UNSPSC-like categories, and keywords, then collaborate internally with a lightweight bid pipeline (assign owner, status, due date). This is not a “guaranteed win” tool—most bids are competitive and sometimes opaque—but it reduces the time and confusion that keeps SMEs out of public procurement.
