TenderSplit is a web app (with optional lightweight mobile dashboard) that reduces payment failures at checkout by intelligently routing transactions across multiple payment processors and payment methods. When a card payment is likely to fail (issuer quirks, soft declines, regional issues, network instability), it automatically retries using a different processor, switches network tokens, offers an alternate method (ACH, wallet, BNPL), or splits the payment into two smaller authorizations when appropriate. It plugs into Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom checkouts via a drop-in SDK and server-side API. The product focuses on measurable lift: recovered revenue, reduced support tickets, and fewer abandoned carts. It’s not magic—some declines are final—but even a small recovery rate can pay for itself quickly for mid-market merchants. Includes clear analytics showing which routes work by country, issuer, and cart value.
