TensionTrace is a mobile AI + traditional app that helps users connect emotions to physical tension and build a repeatable “release” routine. In 60–90 seconds, you do a guided body scan and tap on a simple body map to mark where you feel tightness (jaw, neck, chest, gut, etc.), then label the likely trigger (work, conflict, caffeine, poor sleep). The app suggests a short, evidence-informed protocol (breath cadence, progressive muscle release, vagal-toning, micro-stretch) and tracks what actually reduces your symptoms over time. It’s not therapy and it won’t pretend to diagnose; it’s a practical self-tracking tool with clear boundaries and safety prompts. Over weeks, users see patterns (e.g., “meetings → jaw clench”) and get personalized, minimal interventions that fit real schedules.
