TermSheetIQ is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps founders pressure-test their pitch deck, fundraising narrative, and valuation expectations before they embarrass themselves in front of investors. Users upload a deck, enter basic traction and cap table data, and the app returns: (1) a blunt “investor-readiness” score, (2) a red-flag list (market size math, weak moat, unclear GTM, inconsistent metrics), (3) comparable funding ranges using public + user-contributed deal data, and (4) suggested term-sheet ranges (valuation, option pool, liquidation preferences) with plain-English explanations. It’s an AI app plus traditional workflows: AI for critique and rewriting, deterministic calculators for dilution and terms. The goal isn’t to “get you funded”; it’s to stop bad pitches and delusional valuations early, and to make decent founders materially sharper in a week.
