TermsTally is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps SMBs and mid-market suppliers reduce late B2B payments by enforcing payment terms at the source: purchase orders and approvals. It plugs into accounting/ERP systems to detect mismatched PO terms, missing approvers, and risky customers, then auto-generates clear, audit-ready payment schedules and reminders tied to contract language. Instead of generic dunning emails, it routes disputes to the right internal owner, collects evidence (PO, delivery, acceptance), and produces a “payment packet” customers can approve quickly. An AI layer classifies delay reasons, predicts which invoices will slip, and recommends next actions (escalate, offer early-pay discount, request confirmation). This is not a payments processor; it’s a terms-and-collections operations tool designed to shorten DSO without switching banks or rails.
