TermTamer is a mobile + web AI negotiation companion for car buyers focused on the parts of the deal that actually move the total cost: fees, add-ons, trade-in value, financing terms, and warranties. Users upload a buyer’s order, worksheet, or finance menu photo/PDF, and the app extracts line items, flags junk fees and overpriced products, and generates a short counteroffer script tailored to the dealer’s structure (cash vs finance, trade-in vs no trade). It also provides a “walk-away number” based on the user’s budget and a realistic range from comparable listings, while clearly labeling uncertainty. The app stores a clean, shareable one-page “Deal Sheet” you can text/email to the salesperson to keep the negotiation anchored. It’s not magic: it won’t beat a great negotiator every time, but it will stop most people from getting quietly overcharged.
