TermTrackr is a web app with a companion mobile app that helps probation departments and court partners manage sentencing conditions with fewer manual errors. It centralizes conditions (fees, classes, treatment, community service, no-contact orders), due dates, and verification artifacts (attendance letters, receipts) into a single timeline per person. Officers and clerks get automated reminders, overdue flags, and a clean audit trail for court reports. Individuals on probation can receive plain-language task lists, upload proof, and request schedule changes without endless phone tag. It’s not a magic “reduce recidivism” promise; it’s a workflow tool to reduce missed appointments, lost paperwork, and inconsistent reporting. The MVP focuses on one jurisdiction’s templates and exports, because broad integrations and statewide rollouts are slow and political. If you can’t sell to government, you can still sell to contracted treatment/education providers that must report compliance.
