TerriGuard
TerriGuard is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that enforces sales territory rules across CRM data and real-world account signals. It ingests accounts, leads, and opportunities, then applies configurable territory logic (geo, industry, named accounts, account hierarchies, revenue bands, partner overlays) to assign ownership and flag conflicts before reps waste time. The product’s core value is governance: every assignment has an explanation, version history, and an approval workflow so Sales Ops can defend decisions. It also monitors drift—when accounts move, subsidiaries get acquired, or reps work outside coverage—and produces weekly “territory health” reports. This is not a full CRM replacement; it’s a focused layer that sits on top of Salesforce/HubSpot and prevents costly internal disputes, missed follow-ups, and quota inequity. Expect some setup effort: if a company’s data is messy, the app will surface that reality fast.
