The AI layer ingests agreements and disclosure docs to extract territory clauses, renewal triggers, and exceptions, then flags risky actions with plain-English explanations. It also provides a “territory decision log” to document approvals, exceptions, and dispute resolutions—useful when disagreements escalate. This is not a flashy consumer app; it’s compliance and risk management for brands that are tired of internal fights, franchisee churn, and expensive legal back-and-forth.
