TerriPulse

TerriPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that keeps service areas accurate and enforceable across sales, field service, and delivery teams. It ingests your existing boundaries (GeoJSON/KML, CRM territories, spreadsheets) and continuously audits them against real activity: jobs completed, leads touched, drive-time coverage, and SLA breaches. The app flags overlap, orphan zones, and “territory drift” caused by ad-hoc reassignment, new hires, or changing demand. It then proposes boundary adjustments using constraints you set (max travel time, workload balance, protected accounts, zip/county rules) and generates change requests for approval. Expect pushback: many orgs are messy, and data quality is bad—TerriPulse is built to surface that mess, not pretend it isn’t there. The value is operational clarity and fewer missed/duplicated visits, not pretty maps.
