TerriPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for franchisors and multi-unit operators to define, monitor, and enforce franchise territories with audit-ready evidence. It ingests addresses from leads, POS exports, delivery zones, and field rep check-ins, then flags potential boundary violations, cannibalization hotspots, and “gray area” customers that repeatedly cross lines. A rules engine supports common contract patterns (radius, polygons, ZIP/tract-based, exclusions like airports/campuses) and logs every change with version history so you can prove what the territory was on a given date. It generates simple, shareable territory packets for franchisees (map + rules + FAQs) and provides dispute workflows: claim, counterclaim, evidence upload, and resolution notes. This is not a fancy map toy—it’s compliance and conflict reduction with clear accountability.
