TextProof is a mobile + web app that adds a “preflight check” layer to business SMS/RCS sending. It catches the boring, expensive errors that teams keep making: wrong links, missing opt-out language, sending outside quiet hours, duplicate blasts, and messages to contacts without valid consent. It plugs into Twilio (and similar providers) and provides templates, approval flows, and compliance guardrails for small teams that don’t have a dedicated lifecycle/CRM engineer. The AI component reviews message intent and flags risky content (e.g., misleading claims, sensitive categories, or tone that could trigger spam complaints), but the core value is deterministic rules and audit trails. It also tracks deliverability signals (carrier filtering, opt-out spikes) and suggests safer variants. This is not a “new messenger”—it’s a safety and governance layer for the SMS/RCS channels businesses already use.
