TheraBridge

TheraBridge is a mobile + web companion for couples already in marriage therapy (or actively seeking it) that turns vague “work on communication” homework into measurable, therapist-aligned routines. Couples complete short, structured check-ins (mood, conflict triggers, appreciation, repair attempts) and get prompted to practice one evidence-based micro-skill per day (e.g., soft start-up, time-outs, reflective listening). A therapist portal lets clinicians assign exercises, set boundaries, and review a weekly summary instead of raw chat logs. The app flags risk patterns (escalation frequency, stonewalling, repeated unmet needs) and suggests agenda items for the next session—without pretending to replace a licensed professional. It’s realistic: most couples quit because therapy feels slow and unstructured; this focuses on adherence, accountability, and better use of paid session time. Monetization is therapist-led subscriptions or clinic licensing, not consumer-only hype.
