TheraProof

TheraProof is a mobile + web app (traditional + light AI) that helps therapy-animal handlers and organizations document real-world visit quality and compliance without drowning in paperwork. Handlers log each session in under 60 seconds: location type, duration, animal stress signals, incidents, client interaction notes, and supervisor sign-off. Organizations get dashboards for visit volume, incident rates, expiring vaccinations/insurance, and handler training status. A small AI layer turns free-text notes into structured tags (e.g., “startle event,” “overstimulation,” “successful de-escalation”) and flags patterns that suggest burnout or animal welfare risks. The goal isn’t to “diagnose” anything—it’s to create defensible, auditable records for schools, hospitals, and insurers. Reality check: adoption depends on making logging frictionless and proving it reduces liability and admin time enough to justify a subscription.
